“I want to recognize James and Rick at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Purcell, OK, for their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to help my driver for Elmer Transport to get back on the road by providing a hose and making sure he had what he needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made all the difference. Exceptional service like this deserves to be recognized! Thank you, James and Rick!”
“The customer reps were very professional and responsive. When they found out we were traveling through, they were extremely helpful and supportive. We especially appreciated Mike and his time in helping us resolve our issue.”
“The hood on my Honda would not close properly. I was needing to go up to the VA in OKC but scared to drive on I35 with it like that. I remembered that my dad (94-1/2 yo) had taken his car to this garage many times so I drove over and asked them if they could tell me what was wrong with it. They looked and found the problem quickly & fixed it! So relieved they were able to help me on the spur of the moment! Great shop and the nicest gentlemen! Very grateful to have them in our town! Trustworthy, honest & reasonable.”
“I needed my tires aired up, and two guys came out and aired up the tires for us. So good for me, because I have bad arthritis in both knees and it would've been difficult to put air in and not bend down to do it. Thank you guys!”
