“This is probably the best experience I have had at an Auto Parts store. I typically go to Auto Zone because of the customer service and I have rewards there but I didn't really feel like having to drive all the way back into Norman from where I lived. So, I decided to try this location of O'Reilly's since it's closer to home and my cashier Dave went above and beyond. I went in for headlights because I discovered the day prior that one of them had went out. And I didn't want to play a game of chance with the cops, so I had asked if they were able to change it out for me or if they knew anyone in Noble that would change out headlights and Dave changed out both of my headlights and gave me the one that still had some life in it, in case something were to happen to my new ones. I love AutoZone, but I am most definitely going to be coming back to this location for my next car need. He deserves a raise!!!
