“Amazing customer service still exists.
I called yesterday to get info about disposing a spicy pillow (swollen cell phone battery).
Eva answered with a caring and helpful tone and completely answered my questions with such a friendly attitude.
I came in this morning with the battery and Eva was the one working in store, she was helping another customer when I walked in and addressed me very politely as soon as possible. She took care of my battery and sent me on my way in no time.
What a delight!
I wish there were people like Eva working at every business I interact with. Definitely will be using this store for all of my battery/bulb needs from now on!

He diagnosed the issue and helped me replace the battery. The old battery was badly corroded and really difficult to remove, but Sean was incredibly patient and worked through it without giving up. He was kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.
