“Thank you Wolfgang for helping me out! He was very polite and professional unlike the two other guys… who ignored the phone and the four other customers who were standing in line needing help.”
“Outstanding customer service and knowledge from entire staff! Wish I'd patronized the store sooner. Highly recommend making a visit for not just the batteries ...there's a variety of PLUS to purchase.”
“I had an issue with my car battery and had to call roadside assistance for a jump-start. Right after that, I drove straight to O’Reilly where Sean helped me out—and honestly, he was an absolute gem of a guy
He diagnosed the issue and helped me replace the battery. The old battery was badly corroded and really difficult to remove, but Sean was incredibly patient and worked through it without giving up. He was kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.
Really grateful for his help. God bless you, Sean! People like you make a stressful situation so much easier. 🙏”
