“We called twice, visited twice, and switched to Cricket at this location in September. We called first and recorded excellent assistance. On our first visit the customer service almost made us find a different location. We left and called again the next day. We verified who we could see upon visiting. We complained about our prior experience. We then had great service and switched carriers. They have been very helpful since as well.”
