“Russel is the man! I went in really nervous because for the past year T-Mobile has been bending me over. I explained my experience to Russell he related he listened and he actually cared. He went way above and beyond to make sure to explain the entire process to us to explain our payments very thoroughly and to get a setup on the best deal that we can get. I run a store right up the road and we have over 800 five-star reviews because of our customer service. So I know a thing or two about taking care of people and if Russell was on my team I'd be rewarding him heavily. He really showed that just a little bit of care and a little bit of compassion can turn somebody's horrific experience into an extremely positive one. Verizon has a new customer and it's because of Russell not because of Verizon but because Russell took a Time to take care of us.”

As long as your honest and stay in contact them they will work with you. My sofa has a few payments left, and the quality has remained the same.. despite my toddler eating and jumping on it. The cushions and pillows are still plump unlike some sofas.. I Very glad I chose Aaron's for my very own personally owned piece of furniture and a way too boost my credit score. If I ever decide to rent something else I will only go here. My entire experience has been good so I won't chance anywhere else”

“Ok so I don't give 711 my business for multiple reasons, but I DO make an effort to go into this specific store to see Mya in the morning. It's 2023 and no one will even fake a smile anymore in customer service. Mya is a genuine person with a genuine smile and a genuine good morning to EVERY customer. I literally come in to buy my energy drinks a couple of times a week just for the few sentences I get to exchange with her. People like her don't exist anymore. Do not miss out on the advantage in front of you by having her around.”

“I like Target a great deal more than other big stores, I feel like they're clothing is made better, with more style options. They also have a very decent toy section that is easy to navigate and always well.
However, I feel like recently their prices are going up and the quality is staying the same. And while this may be a coincidence, I have seen less and less people in the red shirts working. The last time I went there was a 10-person line for self-checkout which must be 10 items or less. The line for regular checkout was enormous. Enough to make you put things back to get into the self-checkout line.”

“This small store is fantastic and has stood the test of time, the staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to help. The time of day or night does not matter, this store is clean and taken care of. The cramped parking lot and the ethanol-only gas is the only reason I’m not going with 5 stars, other than that, this is the 7-11 I always stop at.”
