2nd Street Package is the cheapest liquor store in Tulsa County. It is a smaller store right off Highway 51, easy to get in and out of. Despite the small space, it has a good variety and a lot of different selections of bottles and beverages. The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and provides top-notch service with fun recommendations. It is a friendly atmosphere with wonderful conversations, making it a standout in Sand Springs.
