Not a swipe at the location, they've always been super helpful and nice. 2 Dollars a month for paper statments is robbery espically when you have as many people as you do that don't pay attention to such things, that adds up. Also ATM fees, the dispensaries don't even charge that much.

Called 5 times yesterday and no answer. I had to look to see if there was a holiday and it was closed. Had document to be completed and it was “lost”. I asked where it was sent to they tell me they don’t know and don’t know phone number to call to see where it went but they got confirmation it was sent?!? Ok ??!! No help whatsoever and I still haven’t got my document needed so that I can get repairs done from storm.

I have been not been happy with the local bank I was with for sometime. Been thinking about Bank of Oklahoma and They sure made my day better with their wonderful respectful customer service♥️

My appointment was with Angela Gholson. I opened a checking, savings, and got a CD. She was fantastic. I am not the best at online. Angela was so helpful in setting up account to bank online, got my card started, and helped to apply for credit card which is pending. She is a great asset to your business. this bank's policy is if we make a mistake screw you. We ended up getting overpaid without knowing. Paid rent and other living stuff we needed to next day we're negative 30. It takes us three times talking to the bank to actually talk to someone who understands what happened everyone else is extremely rude to us about it. The person who finally tells us what happened said the bank accidentally sent out double payments. They're now demanding that we pay them the $30 that were negative because of their mistake. I recommend going to a bank that will honor and fix their own mistakes.

I always come here to withdraw funds from my card and get awesome prestige service, but Micah or whatever his/her/it name has poor terrible customer service. I had to go through the drive thru this day when I usually go inside. With having a pinched nerve and a new baby i often forget and may have to run my card 2-3 times, at times. They closed at 4 but the woman instructed me I could use the drivethru. Micah was rude and kept yelling at me that he/she or whatever could only run my card one time, like it was some new policy or something, which was wierd to me because like i said they usually allow me more times. A person with this type of impatience or rude customer service deserves a position in the bathroom like cleaning toilets. But who knows the individual could’ve been raised to act this way towards African Americans or could’ve been it’s time of the month!

This slimeball bank is doing everything possible to not pay out my 401k, I'm beyond out of patience, & this is going to turn into a very large can of worms for them if they don't turn over my money immediately.

Very unprofessional. Took a week and a half for them to correct a mistake which ended up brings three mistakes. We have been banking with BOK for 20 years and the service has been getting worse since the last five years. Will now look into different banking options.
