The staff, including Tyler and Christina, are praised for their excellent customer service and going above and beyond to make customers' experiences amazing. While the car wash generally does a great job, some customers have noted that the drying could be improved, and that the rinse doesn't always seem complete. Additionally, there have been some instances of issues with the change machines and vacuums being out of order. Overall, Take 5 Car Wash in Sand Springs provides a convenient and comprehensive car wash experience for its customers.
