0 customer service skills. Donna potter Blamed me when they did not communicate where they were supposed to. Does not have your best interest in mind. Let’s her workers talk to you with an attitude. Then she let them bicker with me over email where she continued to blame me for not answering the phone. If calling is this offices only form of communication they seriously need to learn about Emailing and text! People work during the day and have full on lives. What gives you the right to blame customers for your own communication folly’s. All I asked for was quote info, but they just went ahead and added the new policy. And I woke up to a bill around 300 where it normally is 120ish.

Best agent ever! Donna and her staff are very capable and responsive. I have received documents via email instantaneously. I have been helped on the spot with proof of insurance cards that I'd lost to get a new tag. I have received expert advice in Donna's office on how to deal with a vehicle that was totaled by another driver. We've been with Donna more years than I know and wouldn't dream of changing!

I’ve been a customer of this place for over 20 years. Donna has always taken care of my family’s insurance needs. I live 60 miles away from this agency and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else . Thank you Donna and Jennifer for taking such good care of us.
