I called prior because I know how scheduling can be with auto shops. Was told to come on in, wasn't to busy to service my vehicle. I show up, no one comes up to my vehicle to greet me, I walk in, no one behind the counter. There’s an office behind the counter where I assume the manager was. Whoever the lady working the front was, she didn’t even acknowledge I walked in. Waited 10 minutes at the counter before a little loudly saying “hello”. Still no response. I go back outside to my vehicle, techs just looking at me as I walk away. Never ever coming back here. I could’ve saved myself and my company time by going elsewhere.
