I've been hacked once, my husband FOUR TIMES. When he complained to the bank they said, well some people get lucky when hacking a card. Like...wtaf?

I like my bank but I don't nessary like the Sand Springs branch. Not to mention I don't like the fact you have to keep a certain amount of money in a savings account. So here soon I will go to TCC they don't have that rule..

I have my account set for no overdraft however i keep getting a negative balance. This is the only bank that I have ever had this issue with. I'm switching to a credit union now.

I have had several problems with the 20 something staff with one exception. I avoid this branch if possible.

The worst service I have ever experienced when I open the account they would not let me cash my check they wouldn't let me deposit it right away it took 18 days for it to go into my account after that when I tried to cash or deposit checks because I was from Missouri and the bank was in Tulsa they would not let me unless my fiance signed with me things went on like this for a long time before me and my wife decided to close out our account Katie that works at the Sand springs Bank was very nice and helpful if she would have been the one running the bank we wouldn't have switched bad management! I do not recommend!.

We originally went to the downtown location for my husband to add me to his account but the manager was incredibly rude and wanted to charge us $20 PER ACCOUNT to add a spouse to an existing account. She also stayed in her glass walled office and glared at us the entire time.... Not sure what that was about! So we went to the Sand Springs location where they added me free of charge. We chatted with the account reps and had a few laughs. It took awhile, but most changes to a bank account do. We will definitely be coming back to the Sand Springs location!

Most of the times I have to wait about 10 minutes there was on car In front of me. on the drive thru business line. I called while waiting they replied that they only have two tellers. Having two employees on the weekend. Bad management the other two lines of the drive were not moving as well. This has happened to me on Fridays and Saturdays.

I have been banking with IBC for about 15 years, I have been employed there at one point.. I have been extremely dissatisfied with the service and all the new rules implemented are ridiculous. I should be able to get my money out any time I need it. Now I have to go in and wait in a line to get 100 dollars. This day and age my time is valuable and I don't have time to waist... I am very seriously working toward phasing out my accounts and my business which your bank.

I am a small business owner and have had all my accounts at IBC in Sand Springs. For years. In the last couple of years or so, their rates and fees have steadily been on the increase, their customer service on the decrease and sporadically have been placing holds on our deposits. With no rhyme or reason and of course at the most inopportune time. When you call management to ask about it or for assistance, they take a number because the manager is rarely there or is unavailable. Of course they never call back. The turn over of people is high in my opinion which might be a sign of something. For an individual, the bank may be OK. But for my small business, our next deposits will be going to a new institution (which is a lot of work as you probably know). hopefully one that is a little more customer focused.
