I would like to start by saying I don't typically have issues with this location. I stopped in tonight after work to break a hundred dollar bill.
When I arrived at the store at approximately 1:00 am, the store was very much empty. A few minutes passed by and a lady walked in from the back, I think she was smoking or something, either way, it doesn't matter; a unmanned and understaffed store that absolutely reflects badly on the mavrik franchise. When I asked the attendant if she could break a hundred, she asks if I was going to buy anything. I told her that I could buy something and it wouldn't be an issue. She then proceeded to tell me she didn't have enough change to break a hundred. So I left. Just a bad experience in general.

Don't use your credit card here. They place $175 hold on your card if you do. Absolutely ridiculous to have a hold that big when I only got $25 worth of gas.

Karen is such a great associate being friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. On top of all that her professional customer service skills were far beyond anything I've ever expected or experienced at any kum n go location!

This is my favorite store to go to the cleanliness and the respectfulness of the staff is above and beyond but lately they've been closed when it says they're open 24 hours I work until 11:00 and expect to get off go get something to drink and go home but they're closed y'all need to hire more staff if y'all are going to be a 24-hour store
