Nothing wrong with the workers great people it's the business I have had my same number for around 9 years the last 5 of those years I have been with metro they got rid of mine and three other members phone numbers on the plan I had not only that if u get the family plans some of the phones won't run the same speed and it just stays like that if u want a reliable phone company who cares about its customers it's just not the place I'm sorry to say

I went in for an upgrade on a phone I've had for 4 years that had stopped charging, on march 9th . I asked the clerk for the cheapest upgrade. The initials on the receipt were MB (i didnt get the receipt until a day later w a new clerk) the clerk didn't speak English very well and wasn't well at listening to what I had wanted or understanding me. He offered me the A15 for $125 and said if I wanted to keep my phone number that it would be $250+ . I went back and forth with the guy and eventually paid it. He did not give me a paper receipt and said I'd get an emailed one, that I never received. He also upped my monthly plan by almost 15 dollars without a word to me. I went in the next day, today, and a nice man Joseph resolved the problem.

Every time I come here it’s closed even though the hours say they’re supposed to be open. Does anyone even work here? There’s a car parked out front all the time, but the door is always locked and nobody is ever here.

Apparently me paying my mom's phone bill is some kinda security issue now? She is an older lady without a car she can't make it up to the store to pay it herself so I help her out by paying it for her. The guy at the shop today said he sent a code to my mom's phone but her phone is off so how is she going to be able to tell me the code? It seems like a really bad business practice to not let people pay there bills.

The guy that was working there the day that I went in with very first on everything that I needed him for concerning my cell phone and Wi-Fi he was late though LOL
