This is where I always go cause it's simple and the women here are wonderful!! I came in today knowing I wanted a yin Yang and she added silver lined fire to my ring finger!! They are amazing!! The owner did puzzle pieces as a piece for my bf and I and they were so cute!!! I recommend coming here!!!

Called several times to book an appointment and ask for prices. The woman would answer, “Hello”, instead of her business name (very unprofessional), then I barley could get a sentence out and she would hang up on me. (Twice). If it is your business then it’s not very good customer service if it’s not your business then you are causing the company Pro Nails, to lose money. Very unprofessional!

A lady that I take care of and I both got our nails done May 24, 2025 the very next day she wakes up and 5 of her nails had come off! How does that happen? As for mine on 8 of my fingers part of the side of my real nail is showing and one side of a few of my nails is rounded while the other side of those nails are square round. Also the guy that done my nails got irritated and got a little rough with me because he kept allowing the nail drill to come in contact with my skin so I pulled my hand well that crap gets hot and it was me he was hurting not himself so yes I pulled my hand back he then proceeded to pull my hand back towards him kinda rough. Both of us deserve to have our nails redone at no cost to us. After all I paid $120 for something that was incorrectly done.

I was a little nervous going in cause I don’t get my nails done regularly. I showed the lady the inspiration pic and she absolutely nailed it. I am so in love with my nails. They look amazing. I can’t remember the woman’s name, but she was super nice and gentle.✨🙏

Pro nails is the best! I have been going to them monthly for 3+ years. Cyd is my regular tech and she is phenomenal! I have been with the others and they are just as amazing! They will be my forever salon!

I went for the first time today. I will not be going back!! Way over priced for the service that I received. I had my mani done (no polish) just cut and shaped. Pedi seemed alright, but could not inspect closer because I forgot my glasses at home. When I got home and inspected closer finger nail cuticles where not even trimmed and still had hang nails. Same with my toes and polish on my toes was all clumpy.

The guy that did mine mani-pedi did a really bad job and even though I pointed out to him things I was not happy about he did not fix them correctly and was rude. I will not go back and I will not recommend them to anyone.

I am not one to leave bad reviews but I have gone her many times a few times great no issues but last time I got my nails done and three days later they all either fell off or were lifting and when I went to get them fixed the didn’t fix all of them on the ones that had fallen of and then the guy told me to “be careful next time”. And the a day later they all came off anyway.( I have went to a personal nail tech and that doesn’t JUST happen all the time, it’s just sloppy and lazy work! ) And today I got to get a nail fixed. I had gotten it done at a different salon so I knew they would charge me which I completely understand BUT don’t charge me if you are going to be lazy and skip steps. I’ve been getting my nails don’t for years so I’m not dumb. He puts the nail tips on, shapes it, puts the acrylic and completely skips the drill part to smooth it out. He swiped the buffer across it three times and just painted it. I don’t care if it’s a $50 service or $5 service it’s should be done well if a customer is paying. I would rather drive the extra few miles and get good service for my hard earned money. Thank you!

I went here for the first time ever today. I’m not much of a girly girl. So I don’t get my nails done ever really. But it was a gift from a loved one. The man did my nails today. He was sooooo good!! I love them so much. He listened to me about the length I wanted (super short square). He did such a great job. I’m incredibly impressed and super happy with them! They are painted perfectly. He didn’t hurt me any in the process. The shape is great. If I ever get them done again, I’ll definitely be going back to him. Excellent job! Thank you so much. Highly recommend!

Been going here for awhile now and they offer great service even when they are packed. They always try their hardest to match my photos even if it's something they aren't familiar with. They are great highly recommend for anyone who wants to get their nails done.
