Wow what great service. I love that the storage is located so close to my house and business. Regina is the best. She always has a smile and a good word. Can't say enough about the great care she takes of the property. Always clean.

When they first changed and let Kimberly go I thought oh great now we got some one that is going to be hard to get long with and actually she is very nice very sweet very kind and very considerate very committed in everything she does and in every thing she comical wants you get to know her and she
she gets to know you she really loves her job and her customer too so keep up the amazing job Regina because we love you and your cherrry and witty smile every time we come to pay our bills on storage but I would give this a 5 star rating because the staff and the facility is well maintained and staff is so don’t just take my word for it check them out for yourself

Regina was and is the most helpful and genuine person who answered my questions and was welcoming and informative. She helped me talking me through my app to get into the storage area I feel safe and confident in this facility.
We are now out of locker A039 we are so happy we chose this company to store our household items the Staff were awesome Regina and Carol are 5 star awesome thank you again and we will tell or friends about our wonderful no hassle experience. We sweep it out and we are happy. THANK YOU!

We have had the this storage unit for a very long time since 2016 and the service that we have received has been fantastic. Regina has worked with us and I will say if you ever need a storage unit please give my girl a call. If I need to ever need to rent a unit again I would come here. Thank you for all your help.

1st time in a year i tried to get into my storage, the access stage had changed how you enter the *location and #code at the gate keypad so I went to see how it worked. I gave the lady my name, she wanted ID, I had none, I'm a disabled VET who can't drive anymore. i gave her my location, code, 8 credit cards with my name from my pocket.. I was denied access.
Owners: I only need the sequence to enter, not my code or unit number, not sure how this is gong to get resolved. I've been there 8 years, ever since yall used to charge $70 flat for our storage rental, it's around $175 a month now, I understand inflation, I do not understand bad customer service.
