We actually came here to try and cancel services once they bought sprint. It truly wasn’t a bad experience and the woman helping gave us some swag from the T Mobile Tuesdays promotions they had. We only left because the service where we moved too wasn’t very great and they wanted us to buy an extender for $400 to put in our home. It just didn’t make sense to us so we went somewhere else.

I’ve heard a lot of things and witnessed how bad of a carrier Trash-mobile truly is. not recommended for anyone, don’t waste your money or time!

Letania assisted us in moving to New phones and new service. I was surprised with everything T-mobile provided and the package deal. We were with another well known, possibly the first cell provider that offered so much less for the same $$. We were with them over 14 years!! What an eye-opener!!

They are totally disorganized. The people working in the stored are nice, but of you change your phone plan corporate says they change it and don't. 4 months to get an extra phone off my bill, with me and the agents taking them off repeatedly every single month. My last 2 bills were $81.00 for one phone. It was supposed to be $50.00 for seniors.

We got this service in May when we moved to sand springs and have had nothing but trouble with the new phones and service. Our internet goes out constantly and the phones sound like we're in a tunnel & we live right in town! We'll probably go back to cricket if it doesn't get better soon

This store has terrible customer service. When we switched to T-Mobile I asked them if they would help us complete the reimbursement process because in the past I had issue with that. Once I got my final bill from our previous provider I took it up there for them to help me. They kept telling me they were working on it. Come to find out they waited beyond the 90 days you have to submit it and now we can't get reimbursed for over $600 dollars we should have gotten. I called the 800 number and they never even submitted a claim through the escalations team. So for me being patient and doing the right thing by letting them do their job, or so I thought, I get punished and won't get reimbursed. They could have atleast told me they couldn't help whithin the 90 days so maybe I could have reached out to someone above them for assistance, but know I don't have that option.

We had ordered phone and internet the store didn't have the ones we wanted so they had ordered them we was supposed to get them Tuesday but they said the address was incomplete so we called ups fixed the address they said we would get them Wednesday checked the tracking and it's saying they was returned back to sender called corporate she tried to help but nothing so now we r out all of this money and now my husband wants to cancel already in just don't know what to do but i also don't want to wait another week for our phones. But i can say the agent at the store was super kool not sure what his last name is but he works at the one on s peoria his name is Phillip.

We singed up for tmobile during a promotion. It's been 3 months and yet to receive the promotion credit that we were told when signing up. No o e at the store nos how to fix it.nobody at the store seems to be able to get the promotion that we was told

Amanda at this Sand Springs location is a pleasure to do business with! She was so helpful and knowledgeable when we bought our phones. Then, we had a billing issue, and she handled promptly and even followed up like she said should would. Highly recommend this location and working with Amanda!

The service is slow at Sand Springs TMobile store. I have to wait long time just to pay my bill. It's like that for years, nothing is changed. I heard Cricket has faster service in town. I am thinking to switch to Cricket.
