I'm really not impressed. I was looking at purchasing a new phone and because of the absolute lack of interest and abundance of attitude from the new employee at this location, I walked out without purchasing one. If you don't care about your job, neither do I. I gave three stars because they do have a couple of nice people working there.

People are argumentative. Customer service is useless when most of the time you can’t understand them. Lastly every manager says something different or contradicts the last one.

Picked up new phones for my wife and I. Excellent service moving our services to our new phones. Pricing was up front and he applied all pertinent discounts. Only issue was transferring my data over as I needed to turn in my old phone. I had a lot of personal data on the phone so the tr a nsfer was going to take approx 45 min. We had some errands to run so they advised us to come back. 40min later we returned and our salesman is out getting lunch. A new employee advises me myphone is already done as the screen had gone back to my lock screen. I then proceed to factory reset my old phone. Pickup my new phone and unlock it and it shows 95% complete. Lost a bunch of data. Accident's happen but very frustrating.

Went to upgrade my phone and asked if there was any promotions they said no. Even I bought a phone I would have to purchase more items just to cover the warranty haha. Well went to tulsa hills and yes there was promotions and even upgrade my phone they've been a big help. Never again ill go back to sand springs store bunch of lies and scammers.

I called the Sand Springs store to get answers to questions I couldn’t find online. NIKKI BOWLS answered every question I had and gave me the information I needed about replacing my iPhone 8. Nikki was more than just polite and I could hear her smile even on the phone! Gold stars and Brownie points to the max for Nikki!
