“In the days of horrible customer service from so many companies, how refreshing it is to have an exceptional experience! I went to the LivyLu store on Saturday. I bought a couple of shirts while there, but one shirt I wanted was in their warehouse. Juliana asked me where I lived. I told her south BA. She promptly without reservation told me she would just drop it by my house on Tuesday on her way home, as she didn’t live far from me. I got a text from her this afternoon saying she would be by around 5:00 today. She then texted and told me it was on my porch! Can you just imagine a world with companies that took this much pride in what they do?

“My husband bought me some birthday gifts, that unfortunately, were way too big. I had the receipt, original packaging/tags, and I was looking forward to exchanging it and buying more clothes. Your strict 14 day exchange/return window made that impossible. It’s actually a 10 day window since you’re closed on Sundays and Mondays. I left the bag of clothes with the really nice girl working as well as my name and number. I would still love to exchange them. I’m hopeful you will do the right thing by 1) changing your terrible exchange policy. 2) letting me exchange my items. Hope to hear from you soon.1/19/23I am updating my review like I said I would. The owner contacted me and gave me store credit for the items I left. I appreciate her understanding and can’t wait to use my credit!!”

“This gift shop in Tulsa may be tiny but it packs a punch. A great place to look for gifts or oddities for yourself. Lots of decorations, joke gifts, fun holiday ornaments, knick knacks, toys, some jewelry, and other interesting and unusual items. My grandpa would have liked this store.”

“I bought a dress at Saks Fifth online for a very special occasion but when I got it in the mail, it was cheaply made and awful. So I went to return it and was in dire need of a dress. I went into Pavilion and was waited on by three lovely ladies. Each was so eager to help me find what i needed! I am so thankful for their help. I'm a repeat customer as my mother bought me a cream colored long coat in there that I always get compliments on. I will be returning!!”

“This has become my favorite store, I love the cloths but also love the ladies that work there, first they wear the cloths they sell and they model them well at all sizes, makes you want to try them on, the Ladies look like women not tranies and can look at you and pretty much get your size right. They recommended items I normally would not have looked at and they were so right about them.
