“Always amazing! Only send packages through this facility. They always make visits easy and fast. Wonderful customer service! And hours are fantastic for people who can’t make it in during week day hours.”
“Erlinda was AMAZING! I was returning Amazon purchases. This was my first experience and it was frustrating. I was rude and upset. She kept calm and patient with me helping me thru the situation. She made sure I got them all processed and was friendly with a smile the entire time. I apologized to her and thanked her but wanted to publicly apologize and thank her. She is what customer service should be. Thank you Erlinda. You improved my day.”
