“Very helpful staff and was welcomed immediately upon walking in with a smile! The store was very clean and organized with plenty of products on the shelves. (Did not have to play the guessing game on how much the items are, or where they were placed within the store).
The associate was extremely helpful and knowledge about the store, as well as, the products. She listened to my issue and recommended the products I need and advice on how to help my fur baby.

This was never more true than yesterday when it was time for my cat’s booster immunizations. I contacted the store to request assistance with transporting my pet’s carrier into and out of the store, and the staff went above and beyond to address my circumstances. Not only did an associate come to my car, before and after the walk-in clinic, they also provided a chair for me to sit in while I waited for my turn. They carried my pet every step of the way, making my experience easier and safer for me. Their kindness and patience is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be a future customer.”

“Have been here many times and never had a bad experience. Prices are good, esp for a small business. Occasionally the bunnies are smelly, but that's life. My kid especially loves checking out the variety of lizards and reptiles. PetSmart ain't got nothin' on Animal House!”
