Her facility is clean and smells like soap, not animals. My dogs come home clean and happy. They never seem to have anxiety when coming and going from their boarding or grooming experience. “I brought my dog here for the first time since moving back to Tulsa to get his shots. Make sure to get there about 30 minutes before 4pm on the day they do vaccinations to avoid a long line.The staff was amazing and were very friendly to my furry best friend. The pricing for shots can’t be beat. I got all of his shots and 6 months or heart worm prevention medication for under $160 out the door. You can’t beat that when all these vets are wanting $400 just to see your dog. I will definitely be coming back here for my dogs vaccinations I’m the future.”

“Love the the ability to wash my dog at this location. It costs $10 for 10 minutes- it always clean and they provide clean towels to help dryl off your pet. My puppy likes their bulk dog biscuits - I always buy them after I was my dog. Very reasonable . The folks that work here are always very friendly and make a fuss over my dog.”

“this tulsa hills petsmart really went above and beyond and took care of me. long story, short, had placed an order on-line, through the petsmart app (that is moody, glitchy as hell) for pickup at this store. tried to use several of their "discount" offers, including the ones for milk-bone products. but for some reason, none of the milk-bone products were getting their "discounts" applied when tried to order through the petsmart app. so when went by to pickup my "everything but milk-bone products" on-line order, I mentioned my problem and frustration about the milk-bone products to "sydney" the manager. to my surprise, "sydney" not only apologized for my problems dealing with the stupid, glitchy, petsmart app, which was not her fault, but she went ahead and honored and gave me the milk-bone products discount there in the store. in fact, not only "sydney", the manager, but the other employees were very courteous and helpful. a real welcome surpise and relief that there still exists someone like "sydney" and her staff that actually still care and give a damn about customers and good ole customer service. sadly, there are just more and more stores, businesses, restaurants, etc., that just honestly don't give a crap about their products, service, and how they treat their customers. thankfully this tulsa hills petsmart is NOT one of them. go show them some love and support. tell "sydney", the manager that I said "hi", and that you read my review and wanted to show them some love and support.”

“Now that I've got a lil more time I'll leave review.. everything about southern agriculture is on point, the best price in store and online, the best people in store and around, the employee male had glasses wavy to curly hair brownish blonde hair has helped me each time I've came in and is absolutely great. I've taken at least days of searching and SA has the best prices(not even Amazon could beat em). I've got baby chicks, turtles, a squirrel, 2 cats one feral I rescued, southern agriculture is THE ONLY place you can honestly get all animal food and friendly service with amazing prices”
