“I’ve used them for storage for several years. I’ve never had security concerns or issues in general. The property is always kept clean. Customer service is always friendly. It’s easy and pain free to sign up for a unit and to cancel when you are ready to do so.”
“I love that this facility has motion detectors in the units, so you immediately get a text if your unit has been entered. Clean grounds. Friendly staff. Unit was clean on entry. Decent prices.”
“Nice managers and they have cameras so that’s good. Overall really good experience I would just keep in mind if you have a decent amount to throw away, you can’t use their dumpster that is in the storage unit bc it is mainly used for the RV park and apartments. That’s the only inconvenience.”

“I needed storage at a short notice. Setup was quick and easy on-line. I received the unit number and gate code within minutes of signing up. I was able to use it immediately.”
“Building turned out well. With exception to making it closed off to bugs an air flow. Called main office to see why there were not foam end closures to walls and roof completely. They said sales person should of asked you about these details. I told them that was part of metal building standards! They replied Every metal company is different.
They said that is extra. I would of paid for this minor detail of I knew it was not included.
The other part is your sending monies to an unknown person or business. A lot of people are Cautious about this detail. It all worked out ok and sales person I used was very available with all details of build.
Also helped with concrete contractor that they arrange for you.
The builders are very quick to erect building. Minor details with building would of been better if they slow down.

“I had a house fire 2 years ago.I tried to find a storage building through other companies to rent .I called and called other places and I never talked to anyone.So I decided to go see what Attic storage had and I met the sweetest lady in the office, she had a great bubbly personality, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the buildings.She made me feel right at home like she had known me for years.She took me to a few units and let me decide for myself on how big I needed for all of my things.She didnt pressure me at all .I forgot what her name is but she has red hair .I did end up getting 2 units .She explained all that was covered and asked if I wanted insurance on the two , units .I'm still renting two units today , she has always let me know when payment is due for both of them & she has always let me know a month ahead when the units will go up in price .I've always had great experience with her..The office and the faculty is clean,I've seen her more than a few times picking up trash around the buildings .I've only seen ants and rolly Polly's in the storage units , which is normal...”
