“Decided to go into Extra Space Storage based on Great reviews and was greeted by Jake I explained what I was storing and I was undecided about which unit would be big enough He was very knowledgeable and took me to view a couple units and that helped me make my decision the facility was clean and had a pleasant aroma I love that they had elevators and carts to use if you wanted to rent a second story unit.
Jake was very polite, informative and went over everything about the unit, gate access, hours, deals on pricing and answered all of my questions I felt good vibes around him and felt that this is a storage that I can feel safe storing my belongings.
