The manager on site, Stacy,did what she felt she could do to make it right. She was friendly and nice. The units and ground were well kept. “I recently rented a 10 x 20 and after moving everything realized the unit was too small and needed a 20 x 20 so they worked with me to get a 20 x 20 close to the one I already moved into, the only problem was the 20 x 20 that they were gonna put me in wasn’t ready and needed to be cleaned. So, Gloria was very accommodating and very professional and got the unit cleaned within an hour so I can move the rest of my things into a 20 x 20 and everything out of the 10 x 20 to put into the 20 x 20. Had the unit for about 5 months and just moved out. Very secure location and loved the smart motion sensors that would notify me if the unit had entry made to it. Would recommend this for anyone needing storage space.”

“This place is something just temporarily for me. I was told that it will be 39.00 a month but often get charged late Fees every month. Place is all about money. But so far good place to keep my small little items stored.”
“James is SUCH an amazing person. He is kind and offers solutions which is above and beyond what most people would do. When my account fell behind and he noticed I wasn't returning calls and emails, he continually attempted to open the lines of communication with me whether by email or attempting to make calls to keep me updated about my account not even knowing I had been diagnosed with breast cancer and had been in the hospital. I am grateful for him and for you all having such a gem on your team!”

“Super easy to get started online, great prices and very helpful staff! There is a drive-thru loading/unloading place so no moving in the heat, cold or rain. I’ve seen staff in the office, hallways or loading area every time I’ve been there during office hours. Definitely the best storage space I’ve ever rented!”
