The most recent one, was one of their mechanics named mike.He walked me through one of my problems with my Forklift over the phone.This day and age that is very hard to find.everybody’s trying to empty your pocket’s out anymore.He helped me out at no charge walked me through some troubleshooting and got me up and running. It was a true blessing!When our forklift is down,Buisness is down. I Just wanted to reach out and say thank you mike and all American forklift. You guys are great.”
