“Mike was very helpful. Both he and I did the usual checks… lights, tires, coupling, etc. He checked the trailer’s tire straps and found an inop strap ratchet, which would’ve been a big issue if not found until loading my car onto the trailer. He quickly changed my contract to a another trailer, and went through all of the coupling steps and functional checks again. Great, great service by Mike. I appreciate that very much.”

“I have always had great experiences with this company. They have bailed me out of many jams. The most recent one, was one of their mechanics named mike.He walked me through one of my problems with my Forklift over the phone.This day and age that is very hard to find.everybody’s trying to empty your pocket’s out anymore.He helped me out at no charge walked me through some troubleshooting and got me up and running. It was a true blessing!When our forklift is down,Buisness is down. I Just wanted to reach out and say thank you mike and all American forklift. You guys are great.”

“Had to unexpectedly move my mom out of her home and everything landed in my home...loved that we could go through repack and load in the units at our own pace. We changed our pick up dates several times and the ladies were very patient with us. I will say they are smaller than excepted and ended up having to get three but again the ladies were patient and worked with us.”

“The 3500 S. Sheridan location is clean and nice. We all have had, or will have bad experiences at different U-Haul locations. I know I have. The one thing to take away when you're getting help in a business such as this, is to remember to be kind and understanding, communicate your concerns to the U-Haul representative that's helping you. The U-Haul representative in turn should do the same. The experiences I had was at a U-Haul location out south, and I have had some very nasty unkind employees, but when I walked into this location, I was greeted right away, and I was helped right away. I would use this location again. Everyone have a blessed day.”
