“My husband and I have been bringing our cars for maintenance and work here for years. Chris is the most honest, realistic, reasonable, understanding mechanic we’ve ever met. He is amazing at diagnosing vehicle issues quickly and communicating about expectations and price early on. When one of ours cars was nearing the end of its life, he was very honest and forthcoming about why further service would only resolve short term issues and that we’d be looking at much larger expenses in the long-haul. He was also incredibly supportive and realistic about maintaining one of our cars in great working condition well past 200k miles.
