So having to deal with the repairs from Texas was not ideal. But Lonnie’s made sure it was done right and needless to say I’m one happy Mom. Highly recommend them. I dropped my truck off for brake repair and not only did they repair the brakes, but they took initiative to troubleshoot another issue (vacuum hoses leaking and O2 sensor), and quoted the price to me verbally for repair approval. “My husband needed to replace his 15 year old sedan. He wanted something bigger and more comfortable, so we looked at Jeep Cherokees on several dealer sites. After a disastrous attempt to buy the vehicle from David Stanley, they refused to sell us the vehicle we asked about and the vehicle they tried to switch us to, which ran out of gas on the test drive because we complained - so, we called Joe Cooper CJDR. They had a similar vehicle, they got us financed at a great rate. Tristan even made sure the tank on the vehicle was filled before we arrived for a test drive. When I need a car in about 5 years, I'll shop Joe Cooper first.”
