I tried adding Freon and changed the pressure switch and still it would not cool and the compressor would just kick on and off. My wife was not happy with it at all!! I dropped my truck off for brake repair and not only did they repair the brakes, but they took initiative to troubleshoot another issue (vacuum hoses leaking and O2 sensor), and quoted the price to me verbally for repair approval. Quick repairs too! They recently moved to a new location near McArthur rd & Hwy 177 in Shawnee. They went above & beyond my expectations and I hope this review helps you to choose them. “This place is honest, do you need anything more? I took them an overheating Honda, I self diagnosed it as needing the radiator fan replaced. The Honda design would require a significant amount of work to be completed (big $$). I was expecting a bill for $200 in parts and 8-10 hours of labor. BUT I was pleasantly surprised to find I diagnosed the issue incorrectly and they charged me $70 to fix the issue. I was so happy I wanted to get on here and give them some praise for their honesty. Good work!”
“Excellent customer service from a first time buyer. We browsed for 3 weeks and did our research before we settled on which vehicle best met our needs (my wife is in a wheelchair). The sales staff, Gary and Chlante, were patient and helpful without being the typical used car salesman we expected. On the day we decided to purchase, they had to bring in our car from another lot 50 miles away and still got us signed and out the door with a full gas tank in less than 3 hours. “Took my car there with a 300$ car part I thought was it called me 40 minutes into it told me to return the part for my money back he fixed and it was only a 56$ part he could of charged me for labor on both parts but did not, highly recommend taking your vehicle there I will go nowhere else from now on.”
