But my wife on the other hand finds many things she likes here. The employees are always friendly and eager to help with any questions and to show things that are in the display cases.”

“I only visited their Amazon returns counter, but the store itself looked nice enough & they made my Amazon return surprisingly quick & and easy. I didn't even need to package the items, just hand them over & scan the qr code & they do the rest. Plus, once Amazon knew the items were at a return center, my refund was processed right then instead of having to wait for them to receive it back.”

“I was shopping tonight at this Walmart and couldn't find an item I was looking for. A Walmart employee named Ren helped me find my item. It was on the lower shelf and way at the back. She bent down and got the item I wanted for me. I'm older so it was nice I didn't have to get down on my knees to get the item. Wonderful customer service. Thank you so much, Ren!”

“I like the store and the employees go out of their way to help but tractor supply company online shopping has failed multiple times. First it is not easy to use the page. When I have ordered I have gotten the wrong items, dead trees and now a mini bike from Coleman with no bolts. (I will never buy another Coleman item ever again. Worst service dept ever. The company is incompetent). I am thankful that tractor supply has gone out of its way to remedy the situation but they don’t take back anything with gas engines and Coleman won’t honor their label on the box that says return the items directly to them.”
