“I went into the Shawnee store to get my phone number changed and Nizami let me know that it was going to cost me an activation fee so I called the customer service and they told me since I have never changed my phone number you get a one-time a year free I did it and then I woke up the next morning and my phones were deactivated because of activation fee not paid you can't call in to Metro without paying your bill can't get a hold of anybody so I had to come into the store back here and Shawnee and Nizami got on the phone and got it handled for me very nice guy very professional I suggest this to anybody the store is a good place”

“Elmer in the FedEx area is awesome! We went here to try and ship something back. He helped us with printing our FedEx label and then put them on the packages for us. It turned out he wasn’t able to ship it back due to a weight limit so he helped us load everything and carried stuff to the car. Such a great guy that went above what we expected. We ultimately weren’t able to do what we went in to do but walked out feeling taken care of. Such a great representative for FedEx.”
