“The staff at this Verizon store went way above and beyond to help my 85 yr. old mother who had a scammer trying to get money from her through her cell phone. They acted quickly and checked all the apps he had tampered with, change and updated passwords, updated security, logins, etc. I am so grateful for their help and coming to her rescue. “I went into the Shawnee store to get my phone number changed and Nizami let me know that it was going to cost me an activation fee so I called the customer service and they told me since I have never changed my phone number you get a one-time a year free I did it and then I woke up the next morning and my phones were deactivated because of activation fee not paid you can't call in to Metro without paying your bill can't get a hold of anybody so I had to come into the store back here and Shawnee and Nizami got on the phone and got it handled for me very nice guy very professional I suggest this to anybody the store is a good place”
