Fred's Tire & Battery is a trusted auto repair shop serving the Shawnee, OK area. They take pride in providing exceptional service and a wide selection of high-quality tires from top brands like Bridgestone and Firestone to meet customers' needs and budgets. The shop is known for its clean and well-maintained lobby, and customers are generally impressed with the quick turnaround time for repairs. The skilled technicians are described as "5 stars without a doubt." However, some customers have had mixed experiences with the front desk staff, who may not always be as helpful or engaging as desired. While most customers are satisfied with the overall service, a few have encountered issues. One customer had a previous mechanic's mistake fixed without charge, appreciating that the shop did not try to take advantage. Another customer was disappointed with the handling of a minor fender bender in the parking lot, feeling the staff was more eager to move them along than address the situation professionally. Despite these occasional drawbacks, Fred's Tire & Battery is still considered one of the better options for auto repair and tire services in the Shawnee area by many loyal customers.
I like the staff very good customer service. Owner contacted me when I had a concern and talked through to a solution. Very honest company.

These folks rocked. I was traveling through the area and my battery acted up. They found a different issue, fixed it on the fly, and charged a very reasonable amount.

The surface was good the tires are cheap and it didn't take them no time to get it done
