This Verizon store provides great customer service. The staff went way above and beyond to help, acting quickly to come to the rescue of a customer targeted by a scammer. They checked apps, updated security, logins, and passwords with professional attitude and alacrity. They are honest and give honest opinions about purchases. A rep skillfully managed multiple customers at once, which was impressive. However, a purchase of a new phone did not include a charging brick, leaving a customer without everything needed. The staff's helpful and professional actions lead to a high recommendation for this business.
