Good , fresh home style cooking. Specials today were roast beef with gravy over mashed potatoes, carrots and green beans along with chicken fried chicken or hamburger steak all come with a roll. We ordered roast and it was delicious. Moist and tender over homemade mashed potatoes. Fresh cut carrots and home style seasoned green beans. Thought we were too full for pie but couldn't resist coconut cream. ( We shared a piece) This little gem is very clean and the service wàs great. Nice country atmosphere. Specials are posted daily on Facebook. We give it a big thumbs up.

Great service and great food today. This place is down the street from home and we're looking forward to returning to try other foods, including some daily specials. The owners are great people!
Update: wanted to share an update about my second visit here I tried their burger and it’s literally the best I’ve had since moving to Oklahoma a few months ago. My new favorite restaurant.

I've been hearing lots of local reviews on how delicious the food is, so we went to try it out ourselves. Everyone got something different and of course we all taste tested! We were not disappointed! Chicken fried steak, hamburger steak, BLT, Grilled cheese kids meal, burger, meatloaf sandwich ALL DELISH!!

Tried D's Hot Kitchen for lunch today. Very good diner, with very friendly folks.
This occupies a space at 86th St North and Hwy 75, which is an older space, but D's has rehabbed it and it's nice and clean.
Menu is fairly short, focusing on basic diner fare, with sandwiches, burgers and basic dinners, such as Chicken Fried Steak/Chicken, Pork Chops, Meatloaf, etc.
Per my usual first try, I went with CFS, mashed potatos and green beans.
My meal arrived in a really good time, so that's a plus. The portion was probably a little small for a dinner, but for lunch it was perfect. The CFS itself was one of the better ones I've had lately. A little thin, but fork tender with a great coating. Like most CFS, there was a little shrinkage around the edges, but that's just a thing you deal with. Potatoes were real, not instant, and plenty of gravy on both. The green beans were really well done, with onions and bacon in good quantities.
With a glass of tea, lunch ran to just north of $15, but that's a good price to me for something fresh cooked to order.
Overall, I'm very satisfied. Again, good people, good food and good service. I chatted with the owner at the register and got to know him a bit, and he's a good guy. I plan on making D's a regular in my rotation.
