So inconvenient. This is the only place that provides internet where I live. They were friendly enough on the phone but emailed me paperwork in order to start service. Can’t fill out the paperwork online and have to print it out. What a hassle. I’ll just continue using my phone hotspot before I go through all that trouble.

I had a problem that impacted my service of many years. They quickly found the problem and fixed it. They are still the best in town as far as I am concerned. A big thanks to Lauren and the tech who took care of it.
