It Lowe's. They might have what you need or not. The staff at the Stillwater location really does not give an F if they can help you. There are better locations inthe area.

They usually have what I need, but good luck trying to find someone to help you. They want you to have the APP and remind you every time you stop an employee for help. If you ask them if they XYZ, they may take you to the display, and they may just give you directions. Any more, if you ask if they have more in back stock (or high up on the top shelf), they reluctantly look it up on their phone. I have had some employees state they did NOT have more when I can clearly see the item way on top. There have been a handful of hard-working employees who have gone above and beyond, and I thank them profusely. Good luck getting help in the power tool area....

I went to buy some double sided tape. I'm not familiar with Lowe's. I passed several workers so I doubled back to where they were now all standing and stood until one man noticed me and directed the young girl to help me. She directed me to the isle I needed . I found what I needed in a short amount of time. Check out had no line so I was in and out.

You would expect a place like Lowe's to have plumbing parts in anticipation of significant weather events. Just like last season, I wasted time, fuel, and money thinking that I'd be able to find a simple slip coupler. Better luck next winter. Fingers crossed.

In store service was exceptional fixing an issue with a defective delivered dryer unit. John at customer service and Keegan/James at appliances all were understanding and helpful. Mitchell the driver also was great. I will never order appliances through Lowe's.com again because of the headache of delivery logistics compared to in-store.

Don’t get your Christmas tree from Lowe’s. Unless you want a fire hazard, a huge mess, and your kids crying because you had to take it down after 9 days. Yes we watered it, had it by a window, away from heat vents, etc.

Hate the new self checkouts!! My 85 year old mom can't even check out by herself. I've never checked out without having to have help! When I told the young man, I wanted to weigh in my opinion about the self checkouts in case they were polling customers' opinions. He said nothing until I was leaving. Then he told me to have a frosty day!! It's 70F outside. If you're not listening to customers' opinions, you should be!! And the cashier shouldn't be a brat to customers! I didn't treat him badly.
