“We called late on a Saturday afternoon after a difficult week looking for a vet to certify a travel document for my FiL's cat. My FIL has passed away and some good friends that live out of state had offered the kitty a home. When ai explained all of this to Erin (who normally works in the Stillwater location), she checked on what we would need to fly. And then when I called back to ask about boarding the cat until the flight, she went above and beyond to find us a vet that would board (we also live out of state), callling us back with the boarding info just as her location was closing. Additionally, she called the other clinic after hours team to verify that their doctor could provide the travel documents. I haven't been to Vetco for our cats but if Erin is an example of their staff, I am impressed.”

“It’s such a cute small business. The lady who helped me got my information to let me know when something was going to be back in stock. The treats were a hit with my pups!”

“I have two large dogs and needed a place where they would be well taken care of for 4 days. I have never left any of my pets at a doggy daycare before. I loved being able to see them through their website daily. Our dogs were very well taken care of. Loved on and had lots of play time with other dogs during their stay. I highly recommend Alice's Ark. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐”

“Tried to order dog tags online but ended up having to come to the store. Everyone was very helpful and I was able to print my tags. Bought a new collar and leash. A bit price but also very good quality.”

“Wonderful experience! This was my first time taking Finnegan to Petco to be groomed, and not only did he do a fantastic job, but I was also extremely pleased with the result. He looked SO handsome when he was all done, and it was so nice knowing he was being taken care of while I got a little break myself. Would definitely recommend if you’re needing a good grooming session for your dog for a good price! :) (The first photo was him prior to the visit, and the following five are him after his groom.)”

“Employees are friendly and helpful. Especially with helping to find items and carry heavy bags. I quit going to Lowes. TSC is easy to access but its the helpful, friendly staff that keeps us coming back. Great management here and personal service is alive and well at Stillwater TSC.”
