I don't use FedEx much, but needed something shipped recently through them. Employees were not especially friendly, especially the "assistant manager" who seemed to be fighting with the other two employees present. Didn't hardly say a work to me. Not a horrible experience, but could have been better.

Great place for large document printing! An employee named Ian, helped me get a large image to the right scale for a Dungeons and Dragons map and offered a few pointers to make future prints easier. A competitor in town refused to print the map or offer any assistance.
