I wanted to like this place but went for the first time and they were very rude. They didn't help us at all and still had sales up from March in April and it was very confusing to be told an item is $7 and it actually be $20

I went in to get color matched and find a full coverage foundation to help cover up my redness and cystic acne but instead of being met with empathy and compassion I was met with rude, short tempered and arrogant behavior. It took a lot for me to go in there and ask for help and to not receive it or any help for that matter is extremely disappointing. DO NOT RECOMMEND ASKING FOR HELP HERE

Due to needing to place a star to leave a review…this is the ONLY reason your location will receive it. Profiling at its best at this store. I was in town visiting my daughter who attends OSU, as I am checking out the foundation, this young lady with black hair, cream colored top and black bottoms…yes you, pretty much stalked me with her eyes, didn’t inquire if I needed help, then not a second later another worker comes to inquire if I needed help(never mind that we had been in the store for about 7 mins without anyone offering help). I go to check out and the same young lady…cream colored top, black hair..yes you..comes from behind the counter and to me, it seemed like she was looking me over. As I am glad she didn’t attempt to accuse me of anything verbally, it was all in her mannerisms. The front cashier was very nice and greeted us when we walked in, the other staff..Ulta please refresh them in an implicit bias workshop or two.

Scheduled a hair and make up appointment for a wedding I’m in and they called 45 mins before my appointment time and canceled. The wedding is on a Sunday so my options were limited to finding a last minute appointment and was unsuccessful.

The staff are unknowledgeable, inattentive and typical of their generation of snotty aloof 20 somethings. I am a wealthy woman with cash to spare and you lost a very well off client. Very disappointing shopping experience.

Not a positive experience. We entered the store, and three clerks were chatting at the register. One offered the perfunctory welcome, but there was no offer of assistance. We walked toward the Clinique area, tried on a few products. Still no one checked on us. Tried some Estee Lauder, had a hard time locating the product I wanted because the stock behind the samples was such a mess.Headed toward the more affordable products, and trash receptacles were overflowing and mirrors were dirty. Encountered a couple other employees throughout the store, but not one offered help.

Wanna give a massive shout to KELSIE, I’ve searched high and low to find someone that can make my eyebrows perfect. She takes her time. She makes sure you are comfortable and she’s very very friendly. All around hands down the best person in Stilly to get your brows done. GOOD JOB KELSIE.!!

Not impressed at all with the staff at this store. Rude and aloof and inattentive. The sales girl for some reason directed me to the cheap cosmetics as though to imply I cannot afford the more expensive brands. She failed at the simple task of assisting me in finding an eye shadow and I ended up by myself looking for it while she went to chat with her coworkers. We overheard them making disparaging comments about me and my spouse so we left. Disgraceful and extremely unprofessional.

If you are ever looking to get your brows done in Stillwater, Kelsey is THE BEST!! In September, I was about to try my best to wax my own brows(Thank goodness i didn’t!) and Kelsey, one of the employees who is also a benefit brow stylist approached me and offered to schedule an appointment. I was a little hesitant at first but then said yolo and went ahead and booked with her! I was in AWE OF HER WORK!! my brows always have been a naturally bushy, no arch type. However, anytime kelsey does them they are always sharp, clean, and very well defined. I cannot rave about my brows enough when i get them done here!! Not only does she map out the brows before hand and explain what they will look like, she is also very chatty, nice, and takes her time while making sure your brows look perfect!! 13/10 love coming here to get my brows waxed, very well done!!<3
