“Really enjoyed my stay here. The inn was very clean and looked like it had recently been remodeled, which made the whole place feel fresh and comfortable. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The indoor pool was also a great bonus, especially for the price. Honestly, I was impressed with how much you get for such a low price. Great value, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a nice pool. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Fabulous little spot. Stayed here 12 years ago and decided to take my now wife and dogs on a trip out here for a race. Didn’t disappoint. You’re right on the river and the local resort store is nearby. Incredibly quiet and incredibly friendly staff. Good facilities. Highly recommend and undoubtedly will return in the future.”

“Rooms are a little small and no storage to put clothing if you are staying for a couple days. However, the ladies that work here have been over the top accomodating (Gracie). This will be the place I will be staying at when in Tahlequah.”

“I'm mostly writing this review because Sarry who works at the front desk is very kind, professional, and generous. Give that woman a raise (and a paid vacation)! The room was clean and the room rate was good. After a long day of driving on the motorcycle, it was great to come here and have a good experience. Will definitely be coming back next time I come to this town. :)”

“I stayed here on a camping trip because it got too hot outside to continue the camp. The room was clean and the people up front were super nice. Even though I wasn't old enough (they require you to be 21 and i'm 19) they let me stay because I had a server sunburn. My favorite part was how its right next to taco bell so dinner was easy!”

“There are a lot of complaints in these reviews. Let me help. If you want a hotel room that has everything you desire then rent a room at Wyndham by the falls. It's $550 a night. Pool, exercise room, room service and toilet paper to play with. Cherokee inn is the least expensive in Tahlequah. We don't have bed bugs or roaches and the room was clean. Carol works in that little space 24/7 365 days a week. Zero time off. She barely has time to go across the street to buy what she needs. She is woken all hours of night or day. Many said, it was the only place to stay. Be happy you weren't sleeping in the streets. If you are not wealthy then we settle for less..that's the way life works. Rooms: Clean. No bugs the bed was very comfortable Nearby activities: Save a lot, sit down and fast food. Dollar General across the street. Safety: 3 locks always makes me feel safe.”

“I’ll be real, when we were told this was where we’d be staying, I panicked. This place had the worst reputation for drugs and crime. The first night I pushed a dresser in front of the door ? Then I met the owner, Kevin, and I felt so much safer. His handyman, Austin, and housekeeper, Carolyn, were the kindest people! They were all so quick to help my daughter and I fell safe. We have stayed one month and are sad to leave. This place has amazing lighting at night and cameras on property. I can say, being a Tahlequah native, this place is reformed and not terrifying at all. Would recommend.”
