“I visited the AT&T authorized retailer in Tahlequah, OK while trying to complete a transfer of billing responsibility for multiple lines. The process itself has been complicated and involved customer care, so I want to focus specifically on my in-store experience.
Cameron and Kaia both provided exceptional customer service. They were patient, professional, and went above and beyond trying to resolve an issue that was clearly not straightforward. Cameron spent well over an hour troubleshooting, contacting internal support, and exploring every possible option. Kaia, despite being newer, remained helpful and attentive while also assisting other customers in a very busy store. Their effort and attitude did not go unnoticed, and they are the reason I would consider returning to this location.
Unfortunately, my experience with another employee, Tiffany, was very different. During my initial visit, she encouraged opening a brand-new account instead of resolving the existing issue, even acknowledging it would shift financial responsibility unfairly. She also suggested meeting outside of the store to complete a sale for her own metrics, which made me uncomfortable.
On my return visit, Tiffany appeared frustrated when I was assisted by another employee, and her demeanor (including visible frustration and disengagement) was not professional. She ultimately left during a busy time without communicating with her team, leaving her coworkers to manage a full store, even as one employee was scheduled to end their shift.
I understand sales environments can be high-pressure, but professionalism and customer-first service should remain the priority. I truly appreciate Cameron and Kaia for their integrity and dedication, but the inconsistency in service at this location is concerning.”
