Apple Woodland Hills is an amazing indoor mall. It is very big and every store front is leased from well established and upscale businesses. The mall is usually packed with interesting and hip people. It is fun to walk around and window shop just as much as going in and buying things. The food court is also booming and completely full of vendors. I highly recommend this mall. 5 stars

The store manager, the guy wears the navy jacket was unprofessional, especially in contrast to Sebastian, who was genuinely enthusiastic and helpful throughout our purchase process. He abruptly switched staff in the middle of assisting us, leaving us confused and frustrated. On top of that, he was discourteous, making us feel ashamed for simply wanting to purchase a phone that suited our needs. This individual is not suited for a managerial role.

Took my iPhone 11 in to change the battery. Made an appointment ahead of time. They took my phone told me it would be about an a hour I wandered around the mall until it had been an hour I went back to check in they said another 10 minute I waited 20 minutes checked in again nope another 8 minutes so I went on another spin around the mall went back checked in need another 20 minutes I asked if it was common to take almost 2 hours to change the battery. Very condescendingly an employee told me that my phone was old an 11 and new phones are 17 so they take longer. Ok so change the wait time to 2 hours! If they had told me we need more time like an hour when I checked in after the assigned wait time I’m ok with that instead tell me 10 minutes then 20 minutes then 10 minutes! All told took 2 1/2 hours Really inconvenient and they were rude! I would rather stab myself in the eye than ever go back! Worst experience ever!

Frustrating and unhelpful. I scheduled a Genius Bar appointment and dropped off my Apple Watch for a simple battery replacement. I was told it'd be ready in 3 to 5 business days. It's already been 11 days. The website shows no updates on repair status since the watch was dropped off. Most frustrating is how difficult it is to get a hold of a human at the store on the phone. No one will tell me what's going on or when the watch will be ready. Terrible service. Still waiting...

There was literally no point of stopping by here. I just wanted to buy a band for my watch. After waiting 20 minutes for a sales person to help me buy my wristband that I already knew that I wanted I ended up leaving. Plus, they have other stuff at this store that I wanted to buy, but was unable to because they only offer it online. Save yourself the trip.

Always helpful but getting an appointment sucks.
I changed my review because the last few times the service has been horrible. I left the store with a strong hatred for apple products. Apple has the worst customer service. It’s a nightmare to deal with online or in person.
My household has over a dozen Apple devices. I’m to the point where I’m going to make the leave from the Apple family.

Worst experience of my life. I’ve been to the Apple Store a total of 3 times within the last 24 hours. Not only did i get lied to every time they stole 600$ that I will never get back due to an employee not having any idea of what they are doing. Please do not go to this Apple Store nobody has any idea of what they are talking about. I’m out 600$ that I cannot get back due to “employee mistake”

Couldn’t be anymore unhelpful. If reliability and service is important to you, Buy something other than an Apple laptop.
14 members of staff stood around doing nothing. I have a MacBook Pro with some kind of mysterious fault. I need it looked at and repaired asap but honestly Apple service is horrendous. They don’t care, not interested in helping or looking at the problem. I just need the MacBook booked in to start the process as I use this $7000 laptop for business. I explained the urgency and that I wasn’t local but needed a process to be started.
Apparently with all the staff there they only have one technician. Some bearded guy who stood at the other end of the store and didn’t even have the decency to come talk to me.
Someone probably needs to have a word with Mike the store leader if they think this is what good service looks like. Apple support via webchat is hopeless also
Honestly, at this point buy something other than an Apple laptop if reliability and service is important to you.
It’s a sad state day for Apple when 3 doors away from this store there’s a repair shop that is actually helpful and can resolve the issue. Apple clearly doesn’t need or want your business.

I’m having issues with my iCloud. I have an album that is showing both on my airbook and online but not on my phone. This store has always been helpful with issues like this in the past. But apparently there is a new phone being released tomorrow so they cannot help with technical issues till next week. Will not drive thirty miles again for that kind of service. It’s not like iPhone releases are a big deal anymore. Cellphone technology has kinda hit its capacity for now. What will sell your products ad keep customers loyal is customer service.
