“Overall I do love the store. But this week I was sadly disappointed when they delivered my furniture and one of the gentlemen accidentally broken the piece to my Wi-Fi outlet. I know it was an accident but it's the fact that I called the store (31st & Garnett) and I explained to the manager James what happened and I was supposed to get a text with his email so I could send the photos of the damage but I haven't heard from him since. It happened on Tuesday. Cox is billing me $60 for this and I believe the company should pay for it or at least give me a credit on my furniture payment next month. I didn't get upset until the company blew me off. Other than that all of my experiences with them have been great and I would definitely recommend the company.”
“We contacted Dan with a possible washing machine breakdown. It took no time for him to look up our purchase history. We'd had the washer dryer pair much longer than we thought. He was quick to get us prices and choices to make for our replacement.”
“I could not do this 5 star Review fast enough! Doug went ABOVE and Beyond to help my nephew and I try to fix our AC issue ourselves. He took the time to explain and walk through everything so patiently. I had to come back 3 times to test different parts, he was always kind and patient. After we did all we could on our own he then referred us to a repair man that came over the very same day, fixed our issue in 5 minutes and then he would not even take Any money. (Precision Air- Jimmy) As hot and awful as the last 4 days were, we feel very blessed and grateful and we Learned So much!!!”

The store has seen better days but he's a hidden Tulsa Treasure to be sure, polite, knowledgable, and courteous. If you are looking for store glamour this is not the store for you! “Happy with the folks at Aaron’s. Today is installation day just ONE day after I placed my order for a new living room set, TV and washer / dryer with affordable payment plans. Being lease to own, the extra prices (APR) are steep, so be cautious, but this doesn’t mean this place doesn’t take care of you. Very satisfied in and out in 45 minutes for multiple items!!!

“The staff and Management were kind and understanding. When I brought the machine home it was pouring out water. I asked the management for an extension to return it they gave me one month to return it no other place would do what they did for me. I got a repair man out to fix it under my warranty. Turns out it was a crack in the pump line underneath. Probably damaged in shipping. Thank you for your patience American Freight. U are highly recommended.”
