I had to buy a new microwave and it was a built in,… I went to one appliance store and was told that I would have to buy a new accessory frame for the built in but we came to metro and for the same price and the guy that helped us set you can use your same frame ! Saved us $200.

Great place. Efficient. However, website order sold me a side mount kit for a dishwasher that was included with the unit. Only $20, but unnecessary. Rectified. Metro did the right thing (reached out and refunded the charge) although that really wasn't the reason for my review. Thank you metro! Class act!

We have purchased two appliances from Metro and from the beginning to end we have received great service. Today, the gentlemen that delivered and installed our washer was quick, efficient and friendly.
