I would, at very least, prefer speaking to American customer service reps that can explain the confusing ever-rising bills AT&T sends me. The promotional deals don’t last long so I wouldn’t even waste your time or the aggravation! Their WiFi isn’t that great anyway-switching

Moved to my house 4 months ago already had to call 4 times cause the internet wasn’t working and 3 different times a tech had to come out to “fix it”.
