Malcolm was knowledgeable, helpful, and got me in and out as quickly as possible. Trey was helpful when I called and had a few more questions. Both also helped get us set with a trial of T-Mobile at home so we can pay 1/3 of the price we do now with our current ISP. Highly recommend!”

He tried troubleshooting, and when that didn't work, he searched online until he found the fix. Jordan transferred my info from my 7 pro pixel, which had an internal problem, to my new Pixel 8 pro I received from Google.
