“The Boost Mobile store at 3008 pine st is wonderful. The ENTIRE staff are welcoming they answer all my questions. And go out of there way to go beyond for the customer. Not only that but I a was able to talk to the manager personally. And he answered all my questions about things I was concerned of about my phone. The phone was also completely damaged and beyond repair. But somehow he was able to fix it and even gave me a discount! He was very nice and have never had any problems purchasing items and paying my bill, I won't go to any other store. Thank you to all the staff and especially the manager. Even while busy he still made time to speak with me and fix my phone. And because of that I am able to keep all my pictures and special memories I was afraid of losing. It had all my daughter's treatment photos while fighting leukemia and our make a wish trip. Thank you again!!!”
“I dealt with an issue activating my replacement phone for an entire week. I spent hours on the the phone with customer service/IT and even came into the store previously but no one could help...until I came in yesterday!!!
Elias was determined to get my issue resolved and refused to turn me away as I had been before. It took hours, but he and Eduardo worked hard to get it fixed - even through the multiple obstacles that were thrown at them along the way.
This is my nearest store, so I am loyal to this location - but I think this is the best customer service I've had in a long time! ❤”

“to keep things short i had an issue with my phone and had to call my grandmother and mom who both are easily frustrated, but the USCL(i think her name way Kyla) was very determined to make sure I walked out with a working phone and even had a way to calm down both my mother and grandmother with EASE. I've never seen someone in customer service have her level of professionalism. Just thought I'd put my thoughts out because she definitely deserves some appreciation !”

We are getting twice the speed on our internet for about half the cost and have saved hundreds of dollars. Their quality of service and customer service far surpasses any of our previous providers. One phone call to the 800 number and my problems are resolved promptly. My local, Tulsa, representatives are always there to assist and are very knowledge about their products and services. They thoroughly explained each option in detail, price of each option and even suggested which option would be the all around best option for her unique situation.
