Love living here!! The building is well maintained and my unit has very nice finishing touches; easy access to restaurants, downtown, and the highways.

Cute little units, but they require $50 pet rent PER pet! That’s a pet deposit up front, plus an extra $1200 a year for 2 doggies under 15lbs each.
It’s a bummer because otherwise, I would have put in an application.
After pet rent and bills the $600 studio would be more like $850.

Lived here for 1.5 years and loved it! The place is perfect for downtown and easy highway access. I honestly felt so safe I left my apartment door unlocked 1/2 the time. Now that the gate is up and running things are even better!
