Extremely long waiting period to see a personal banker. Never seem to staff enough resources to meet the public demand. So disappointed with this location.

The branch has closed all of its drive in lanes, there by drastically reducing services to its customers. The logic of this is to move more customers to online banking. This is not working. You have not added an additional ATM, therefore customer service is still lacking. I am requesting a reopen of drive in lanes.
We have taken proactive steps to enhance cleaning procedures to limit the risk of exposure, based on the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, and follow local restrictions on the number of clients that can enter at one time.
