I have had nothing but excellent customer service at both Bank Of West locations in Tulsa. The staff and managers have been courteous to me and to the issues that I have had. Richard was always the first one to greet me and thank me and take care of me when I came in to the bank. It was niceTo be appreciated

Best customer service! I enjoy talking to Eric, Stephanie, Jeanie and Anthony (before he left)! They always made banking so easy and personable. Robbie over at the Sheridan location is super nice too!

Very good bank very friendly people if you ever have a problem with your account go in talk to them and they will work with you I recommend this bank to anyone
