It depends. I would pay more for a hiltion or marriot. The night staff are great but the day staff were rude and dismissive. The breakfast is mediocre at best but good for free breakfast. Some of the rooms are in need of repair but nothing major

Rooms were excellent and clean. Had no complaints really about nothing until....was charged more for our room and the extra will be held for up to 20 days. Then got charged an extra 50 bcuz we smoked in apparently a non smoking room. But got charged 57.50. I agree I guess with that bcuz we did. But the WHOLE TIME WE STAYED THERE from the first floor to the second floor we were smelling nothing but marijuana!!!! But they tripping on a cigarette!!!!!!!

Staying for non-refundable week.1) Shower faucet fell apart during first use.2) TV remote does not work even after it was "fixed".3) I still have to pull toilet lid off to flush toilet after it was "fixed". 4) After 6 days of asking, still no toner for business center printer.5) They are out of laundry soap which..6) Doesn't matter because they do not have enough quarters to do a load of laundry.OK where is the camera. This is a joke right? This is hands down the poorest run BW I have ever stayed at over many years of being a happy rewards member.

Okay stay. We booked a king suite. The staff were friendly. This building wasn’t a new building but had gone through some renovations (new carpet in hallways). Room was large enough and well appointed, on 3rd floor. Bed was comfortable. Those were the positives.On the negative side, the room had a “funky smell” in it. My allergies acted up immediately and I got a head ache. We should have refused this room, turned around and requested a new room however we were so tired and thought if we opened the window and aired it out it would be okay…. but to no avail. I suspect we were given a pet room and this is what the smell was all about. Our mistake - from this point on we will refuse to be in a room where pets were prior.Being alongside the highway there was a lot of traffic noise and the single pane windows did little to keep the sound out, therefore the sleep was disrupted.So, if you don’t mind noises and a pet room book this hotel.

My wife was injured due to a terrible and dangerous bed design and the hotel and corporate has done nothing. In our room, the thick metal bed frame sticks out about 4 to 5 inches from the single mattress. Who thinks this is safe? I also noticed at the foot of the frame there are stickers that say head. This leads me to believe that the bed frame may not have been put together properly. We had not been in the room very long. I witnessed my wive slip and fall against the bed. Her back and elbow struck the frame. She cried out in so much pain. The last time I saw her in that much pain was during labor. I could see the where back was struck. I informed the front desk attendant about the incident and requested to speak to the manager. The clerk half rolled his eyes and seemed to mock me. He eventually took down my name, telephone number, and room number. He told me the manager would call me. I never received any contact from management. I reached out to best western corporate. They never contacted me either. This company speaks of customer service but when someone is injured due to something that they provide, they do nothing. I’m having to listen to my wife roll around in pain all night saying she can’t sleep because it hurts so bad and they do nothing? It is beyond words. Another thing I noticed is at breakfast for the milk option they had a half full gallon of milk and a pitcher of milk in the cooler for customers. I believe this violates health code when serving food to the police. They are supposed to serve single individual cartons. Serving milk this was can cause contamination and is not sanitary. I can look past the milk, but the lack of empathy and disregard to my wife’s injury and pain is unforgivable. I have a young son. I was constantly worried that if he fell out of the bed or in the room, he could easily hit his head and cause severe damage. If you value safety, I would think of staying at a different location. There are so many in this area, it would not be difficult to find another option.

This Best Western hotel was located conveniently off the freeway and near several restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was comfortable and quiet. We had breakfast in the morning and the staff were again very helpful and the food was hot and ready to go. The seating area was a little cramped but found a seat.Rooms: The room was large clean and comfortableNearby activities: There were restaurants nearby and things to doSafety: We felt very safe at this hotel and the parking was very adequate

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an ok to good experience. The staff was welcoming and got me checked in quickly. Our room was on a floor that was going through renovations. The room was clean, the ac worked well, the bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. When checking in I would have liked to know the renovations were going on because we were woken up very early in the morning by a staple gun going off continuously for several hours. It sounded like someone was banging on the door. A sign or notice as just a heads up would have been nice. Other than the super loud construction in the morning everything was good.

The stay was fine for a quick road trip stop but nothing more. The carpet was totally torn off on the 3rd floor; they didn’t say anything about it and are still renting rooms. The hotel/pool barely looks like the pictures that are up on Google and service was fine but nothing exceptional. They’re pet friendly but they don’t clean their rooms thoroughly enough - we had to move the bed to get our cat and there was a pizza crust and m&m wrapper behind the bed. Sheets and everything visible was clean and no signs of pests.

I guess they were renovating?? The carpet in the halls were all tore up. Rudely awakened by the sounds of metal being banged on ~10:30am the least they could’ve done was let us guest know they were working.. room was clean at least but the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain. Staff was friendly no issues there. Elevator was old and rigid. ??♀️ sadly I won’t be staying there next time around.

Checked in and back out quickly. The rooms smelled like strong incense burning triggered asthma. Room had fingerprints all over the mirror, dirty dust hanging out of bathroom vents and torn up upholstery on the pleather like desk chair exposing the foam underneath. The employee at the front desk took it personal when we shared we could not stay there. We had asked for a handicap accessible room and she stated that we were not granted it because there were none available. Our trip was for visiting our Mom and celebtating a milestone birthday with her. Much of the time we could have spent with our Mom was wasted away trying to scramble to find a clean descent customer service friendly hotel. We can never get our time back our Mom passed away a day after we arrived. A day before her 80th birthday. Now we are fighting unjustly for our refund through Southwest Vacations. I took pictures of the desk chair and the uncleanliness. Truely disgusting that a Best Western (name brand) can offer such weird smelling filthy unmaintained rooms and think someone would want to pay to rest their head there. Go to Courtyard Marriott in Tulsa instead they have exceptional customer hospitality service and its clean they care about your stay and experience.

Your city location has got to have better communication with your 3rd pary booking company. We booked and confirmed twice before leaving home only to find out we had no room available. A 9 hr drive. In BW's defense a storm took out power earlier in the week. ALL the more reason to up your communicate better with 3rd party. I would love to do another review someday when I've actually got to stay in a room. Thank you.
